Time is slow

The only thing standing between me and California is....

a night of sleep and 9 hours of work. 

and i guess a little bit of a drive.

I apologize to those i work with tomorrow... my mind might be in la la land.

ALSO... 

Although it has always been my dream to drive a Ford Ranger and for the fact that I feel really awesome while doing so... I can't wait to get my baby back tomorrow!!

So it has been at the car doctor this week.

I'm in LOVE with HE IS WE. OBSESSED. I listen to them all day everyday!

• Warm weather. Summer is coming, I can feel it and I couldn't be happier.

• BYU Basketball. This amazing season may be over but the memories will last forever.

Haha when you have limited counter space in the bathroom you have to resort to other things. Too bad it gets hotter than heck in my room after use of the blow dryer and straightener. Yes it is 6 pm and i am just barely getting ready for the day.. yikes! ha actually it is my lazy day so i shouldn't even be getting ready at all today but i'm going on a blind "hangout" haha we aren't calling it a date for everyone's sake. 

And have I mentioned how awesome of a sister I am? Maser Face got thissssss in the mail today.

SUMMER is here!

What a glorious sunday. School is done. It's warm outside. and i have NOTHING to do. Such a great feeling. I couldn't be MORE excited for this awesome break from school. After the summer of my senior year i was told summer would never be the same and that i would want it back.. yes kind of. But this summer is going to be great. i can already feel it.

Church was AMAZING today. As always with my great ward. But i didn't even have an urge to leave early or anything! ha too bad i have to speak next sunday.. boooo

Also.. as Sharon and I were leaving.. (we park in Scooter Parking-genius i know) I saw a very familiar face. Our dear friend who is probably 5'2 or something. Also known as Parker's roommate Joel. If you could only meet this character then would you understand the next few words that came out of his mouth. I waved him down and said, "Joel where are you going? are you going to study?"--because he is in the library more than anyone i know. He replied with, "well let me tell you why i'm here. I met these two lovely female personages today in a white car, around 4:05 and I thought to myself i had seen with mine own eyes an angel of God and i can now die a happy man. actually i'm going to a bbq. bye" Haha we were in fact the 2 females in the white car at 4:05. he is so funny.

well kids, i think now that school is done i am finally going to finish my book. i'm on page 280.. only 250 more to go haha wish me luck.

Monday Night Madness

Well since none of my roommates have school or work on tuesday, we usually run amuck on monday evenings. Staying up late, doing nonsense, sleeping in, and then going to the temple. That is usually what our day consists of. But tonight we were a little crazy. Linds went home and Holly is in Florida which left Sharon and I home alone. First we enjoyed an evening up at the Y parking lot-- one of the best views in provo, next to Squaw Peak--just talking, reminiscing of a year ago and lots of memores.. and other stuff. We then planned on window painting some funny sayings onto this guy's car in our ward but of course as we walk over there, we witness people in the act of putting post-it notes all over it. Um what? what are the chances?! same boy, same car, same night, same time? pretty crazy! we were pretty disappointed that they beat us to it so we decided we still needed to attack.. Lucky Parker.

Oh how i wish i got pictures. or got the moment on film. We went and drew all over his car writing some of our favorite sayings from him.. however at first the markers were really runny and we made a mess on one of the windows and we wanted to fix it. We could see one of his roommates sitting in the kitchen so we tried getting his attention so we could get paper towels.. next thing we know parker's head is out the window saying "what the heck are you doing at my house at 2 in the morning"... haha our only response was "just go back to sleep"while laughing hysterically-mind you we had to pee like no other.. not a good combo.

Finally we got some paper towels, and with the help of some spit we got the mess cleaned up for the most part, and admired our work. We know park knew something was going on but it was just so funny we laughed for 2 hours. actually.. i'm still laughing haha. We then drove around for 45 minutes looking at places that we might want to live next year.. pretty productive right?!

We are creepy night owls.. LOVE nights like these.
